“A joyful heart makes a cheerful countenance, but sorrow of the heart crushes the spirit. (Prov. 15:13 ESV)

Your flesh will dwell secure when your whole being rejoices

“Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure.” (Psalm 16:8 ESV)

The Joy of the Lord is your strength
