When wondering if things will work out okay

“God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God.” (Rom. 8:28, NLT)

Things will work out because…

• God cares for you

“Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7 ESV)

• God hears and  answers

“Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.” (Isa. 65:24) 

• God is your shepherd 

“A Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1 ESV)

• God supplies every need

“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:19 ESV)

• God hears and saves

“This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.” (Psalm 34:6)

• God will take care of you until you are old and gray

“I am your God and will take care of you until you are old and your hair is gray. I made you and will care for you; I will give you help and rescue you.” (Isa. 46:4 GNT)

Therefore…

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isa. 42:10 ESV)

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7 ESV)
