He never sleeps and is available 24/7!

“Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you… The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” (Psalm 121:4–8 NIV)

God never gets tired

He never looks away. He never misses what is happening in your life. While you sleep, He is watching. While you worry, He is working. While you feel alone, He is fully present.

Unlike us, God does not need rest. God is always alert, always attentive, and always available.

God Is Present Everywhere

You can never go where God is not.

“Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there… If I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me.” (Psalm 139:7–10 NIV)

God Himself says:

“Do I not fill heaven and earth?” (Jer. 23:24 NIV)

Nothing is hidden from Him

“The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good.” (Prov. 15:3 NIV)

But this is not meant to frighten us—it is meant to comfort us. God watches in order to help, protect, and strengthen.

“The eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.” (2 Chron. 16:9 NIV)

And He is not distant or hard to reach:

“The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18 NIV)

Therefore

You are never alone. You are never unseen. You are never unprotected. No matter where you go, no matter what time it is, your God is awake, aware, and with you.

“Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Josh. 1:9 NIV)
