When you need provision

“The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.” (Psalm 34:10 ESV)

God knows every need before we ask

While the world often responds to uncertainty with fear and panic, God’s people are called to respond with faith. Throughout Scripture, the Lord repeatedly demonstrated His ability to provide for His children—from manna in the wilderness to bread for Elijah and daily needs for countless believers. His provision may not always be abundant by the world’s standards, but it is always sufficient for accomplishing His will. Trust Him, seek Him first, and leave your needs in His capable hands.

God will supply your every need

“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:19 ESV)

No begging necessary for God’s kids!

“I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread.” (Psalm 37:25 ESV)

Ask God for things you need

“If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!” (Matt. 7:11 ESV)

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matt. 6:33 ESV)

Therefore

“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.” (Matt. 6:31-32 ESV)

“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” (2 Cor. 9:8 ESV)

Quote

“We can be certain that God will give us the strength and resources we need to live through any situation in life that he ordains. The will of God will never take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us.” - Billy Graham
